Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip


I am the biggest buffalo fan you will ever meet! I love it on anything and everything! So when my mom made this dip for our "Oscar's" party I had to have the recipe! She has made it a few times since then and it never disappoints! And bonus is that it is in a crockpot! I feel like when you are throwing a party or something it is always good to throw in a good yummy crockpot recipe that doesn't take too much time when you are trying to get everything else done! 

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

3 Tablespoons butter
1 cup Franks Hot sauce
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Baguettes, tortilla chips, carrots, celery, pretzels, etc. for dipping 

In a small pot over medium heat melt butter. Then whisk in hot sauce. Set aside. Grab a crockpot add cream cheese, then chicken, pour hot sauce mixture over, place in blue cheese crumbles, and top with mozzarella. Cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour. Serve with your choice of Baguettes, tortilla chips, carrots, celery or pretzels.
