Quick and Easy Teriyaki Marinade





Chicken Teriyaki Marinade

3/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic
3 chopped green onions

Combined all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar. Marinate chicken or kabobs for 3 hours in sauce. Remove chicken or kabobs and place on the grill. Save sauce. Take sauce and bring to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water to thicken. Serve grilled chicken or kabobs and top with sauce
