Quick and Easy Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 clove garlic
• 3 chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Combined all sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Stir to dissolve sugar. Marinate chicken or kabobs for 3 hours in sauce.
3. Remove chicken or kabobs and place on the grill. Save sauce. Take sauce and bring to a boil in a medium saucepan.
4. Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water to thicken.
5. Serve grilled chicken or kabobs and top with sauce
