The is one of the best popcorn recipes out there! It will exceed all your expectations and is super easy to prepare. Baked Autumn Popcorn Recipe
Autumn Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients
- 24 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Put popcorn in a large roasting pan or a large cookie sheet.
- Then in a saucepan add the butter, brown sugar, molasses and salt .
- Stir it constantly until it comes to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes then remove from heat. Add the vanilla and stir in. Then add the spices.
- Stir in and then add the baking soda. It will begin to foam up! Then evenly pour the mixture over the popcorn.
- Stir and then pop in the oven.
- It takes 1 hour to bake! If you put on a large cookie sheet and the popcorn is spread out you will only need to stir in once in the middle of cooking. If you have it stacked in a roasting pan stir every 15 minutes.
