Twiced Baked Mashed Potatoes

This is my go-to mashed potatoes recipe. Its simple, easy, and delicious!
First you peel and boil the potatoes

After they are done I strain the water and place the HOT potatoes in my bosch.

Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper

Add milk if it is too thick

Continue to mix until at the right consistency (small peaks form)

Place potatoes in a buttered 9×13 dish. Add about a Tablespoon of butter on top with more salt and pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
