Twiced Baked Mashed Potatoes

This is my go-to mashed potatoes recipe. Its simple, easy, and delicious!

First you peel and boil the potatoes

After they are done I strain the water and place the HOT potatoes in my bosch.

Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper

Add milk if it is too thick

Continue to mix until at the right consistency (small peaks form)

Place potatoes in a buttered 9x13 dish. Add about a Tablespoon of butter on top with more salt and pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes


Twiced Baked Mashed Potatoes

8 large potatoes (or about 15 small) peeled, boiled, drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 cube butter, plus a Tablespoon for later
8 oz. cream cheese

Peel potaoes, boil them, drain and mash. Add the butter, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Add milk if the potatoes are still thick.

Place in 9x13 buttered dish. Add Tablespoon of butter to the top and salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

**To make them Loaded-Mashed Potatoes add cut up bacon, cheese, and chives**
