Gluten and Dairy Free Brownie Salted-Caramel Shake

I love being a part of Krusteaz Baker's Dozen group. It allows me to have fun testing our their products. I have been pleasantly surprised with their Gluten Free Line. I have taken their brownies to my neighbors and have made my husband their gluten free cornbread. My husband is a huge cornbread fan and thought it was amazing and my neighbors were shocked when I told them that the brownies were also gluten free.

I had some fun experimenting with their brownies and came up with this little gem! I have several close friends that live a gluten free and also a dairy free lifestyle. I thought why not combine the two and make a special treat. And that is exactly what this recipe is! A special treat for those who are on certain diets. It exceeded my expectations. If you are not living a dairy free diet then this recipe will be a little easier for you and you can substitute the areas that I have made dairy free with dairy. Hope you all enjoy it!
